The Heinz Center's 2006 annual dinner, held Wednesday, December 6 at the Watergate Hotel in Washington, D.C., was an exciting program with a conversation between The Honorable Russell E. Train, former Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency and Chairman Emeritus of World Wildlife Fund, and The Honorable John D. Negroponte, Director of National Intelligence and former Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs.
